Taster Sessions
New to Nordic Walking? Our 45minute Come & Try sessions will give you the opportunity to see for yourself just how effective Nordic Walking is! All equipment provided.
'Learn To Nordic Walk' 4 Session Course
These four session courses are carefully structured to enable you to grasp the FULL Nordic Walking technique & tailor it according to what YOU want to achieve! On completion of the course you will recieve a Nordic Walking UK competance card, enabling you to join any Nordic Walking group throughout the UK. All equipment provided.
Workout & Wellness Walks
A 60 min session including a warm up, a 2.5 - 3 mile walk and a cool down. All levels of fitness catered for. Only very limited teaching provided on these walks. If you are new to Nordic Walking you may still attend these sessions, but please be aware that in order to learn the full technique you will need to book onto a 'Learn To Nordic Walk' Course.
- Every saturday 11am - 12 noon Woodhouse Eaves - meet at the car park on Main St next to the kids playground. Includes some off-road terrain.
Personal Nordic Walking Sessions
Learn the full Nordic Walking Technique & gain your competance card through personal one-to-one sessions, at times & locations to suit you. These sessions can also be shared with a friend or partner.

Workout / Wellness Walks: £5 if you have your own approved Nordic Walking poles, £6 with pole hire

Important info on medical conditions
You will be asked to fill out a Physcial Activity Readiness Questionnaire the first time you attend a session. If you have a heart condition or are participating in cardiac rehab you will need prior consent from your GP / cardiologist. Please contact us for a referral form if this is the case.
